i was sitting with friends last night, including one of the greatest chicago house djs and he was saying how it was my generation that was dumbing down everything and not appreciating true music. he’s right. and while i may have my guilty pleasures, i will never confuse genuine talent and all the rest. it’s like confusing lust and love. don’t get it twisted.
